SDCP was founded in 2010 by husband and wife publishing/writing team, Timothy and Anita Braun.

The traditional publishing industry is going through adjustment pains due to new technology. Some have folded, others have downsized and others like SDCP are newly created to meet the demands of authors and readers alike.

Traditional publishing houses are finding that the established routes to publishing success are changing and the status quo is difficult to maintain; a new breed of publishers are filling the niches.
